Assembled ribbon cable
At EMSsourcing, we process many kilometers of ribbon cable per year.
The majority are cables with a cross-section of AWG28/AWG26, to which we attach pin, micro-match and DSUB connectors using insulation displacement connection technology (IDC).
Of course, we also assemble ribbon cables as special solutions with crimp contacts, ferrites and EMC shielding.
Before delivery, all cables are 100% tested on the wiring tester.
